During the time that 201 Center St. was owned by my uncle, Dr. Charles Bradley, it was a "rooming house" of sorts. My Grandma Bradley lived there and rented rooms to local school teachers. And she would allow no fraternizing of males and females in their rooms! This would have been late 1950s-early 1960s. Used to love that big house and swore I'd own it somday.
Interesting! So your grandmother would be Laura Bradley who is listed there in my 1962 Hobart directory.
